CoderRebornX built the LearnyZoo: ABC & 123 For Kids app. This app is designed for children and families, and it is built to comply with Google Play's Families Policy, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the U.S., and the General Data Protection Regulation for Kids (GDPR-K) in the EU.
## 1. Summary
**LearnyZoo collects no personal data, shows no ads, has no in-app purchases, and does not require an internet connection to work.** Everything the app needs — flashcards, narration audio, and your child's stars and progress — is stored only on the device and is never transmitted anywhere.
## 2. Children's Privacy
This app is designed for children, including those under the age of 13. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from anyone, child or adult. There is no account creation, no sign-in, and no way for the app to identify who is using it.
## 3. Information We Collect
**None.** The app requests no permissions and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. It cannot access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or advertising identifier, because it never asks for permission to do so.
The only data the app stores is your child's in-app progress (stars earned per category) and their sound/settings preferences. This is saved using standard Android local storage on the device itself. It never leaves the device, is never sent to us or to any third party, and is deleted automatically if the app is uninstalled.
## 4. Third-Party Services
**None.** The app does not integrate any third-party SDK — no advertising network, no analytics service, no crash-reporting service. It makes no network requests of any kind.
The only exceptions are the standard services provided by the Google Play Store itself (for installing and updating the app), which are governed by [Google's own Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and are outside our control.

## 6. Crash and Performance Data

If the app crashes, aggregate, non-identifying crash statistics may be visible to us only through the Google Play Console's built-in "Android vitals" reporting, which is provided directly by Google to all app developers and is not app-specific tracking code.

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk of being exposed through this app. Progress data stored locally on the device is protected by standard Android app sandboxing.
